May contain the presence of aspergillus flavus.This was discovered by the California Department of Cannabis Control through a retesting of product that was originally tested in one of their licensed laboratories.

There have been no reports of injury from the consumption of this product. Anyone concerned, or have questions about the recall may contact Compliance Officer Janet Matula at 858-922-8795.

It is the policy of Urban Therapies distribution and Gelato Cannabis Co. to provide pristine products that have been thoroughly tested and exceed the standards set forth by the State of California.  This was a laboratory error and should not reflect on the quality of the Gelato products and those distributed by Urban Therapy.
